The challenge

At EASIS, they’ve always known that a carrot will never be as popular as a chocolate bar – but maybe there’s a middle ground? A place where you can diet and still enjoy what’s usually considered unhealthy?

This mindset founded EASIS in 1993 and became the foundation for their collaboration with Grafikr.

In 2023, EASIS reached out to us with a desire to transition from their previous platform, MCB.cloud, to Shopify. The old platform required extensive manual changes for every new campaign, making daily operations both cumbersome and inefficient. The goal was clear: streamline and automate their daily operations, freeing up the team’s time to focus on growth rather than maintenance.

EASIS understood that this transition wouldn’t be as simple as flipping a switch. But the perfect solution? It could be found at the intersection of functionality and flexibility.

The solution

We began with a Shopify theme, but as the project evolved, we implemented so many customizations that the theme is now virtually unrecognizable – tailored specifically to meet EASIS’s needs.

With these new features, EASIS can now:

  • Easily adjust banners, prices, and images, enabling seamless campaign customization.
  • Utilize a Shopify application for price adjustments, eliminating a significant amount of manual work.
  • Schedule homepage elements such as images, banners, sections, and prices. This means campaigns can be planned and pre-set for launch, giving the team more time to focus on other critical tasks.

The results

EASIS now has a webshop that is way more user-friendly and flexible. Navigation is smooth, and the website engages users to explore their expansive product universe.

With the new features, they can independently manage their content, while automations have drastically reduced the amount of manual work. Current campaigns are impossible to miss, and planning future campaigns has become far more manageable, resulting in tremendous time savings.

EASIS now has a webshop that grows with them, built to support their ambitions and ready to scale alongside their success.
