The exact idea describes Green Comfort and their webshop at the time.

With 30 years of experience, Green Comfort specializes in making the highest quality footwear that focuses on comfort and foot health, but their digital sales channel did not reflect their quality or values.

And when, like Green Comfort, you have been walking around long enough in holey shoes, the dream thinking begins to emerge.

The list of dreams and wishes included the following:

  • Ambitious growth support: A content management system (CMS) that can support our extensive growth strategy.
  • System integration: Easy integration with our existing systems.
  • Aesthetic appeal: A beautifully designed webshop that reflects our values and the quality of our products.
  • Improvement in conversion rate: The goal was to increase the conversion rate by 50-80%.

Green Comfort enters the new future with customer club and loyalty at the top of the agenda

Green Comfort has a webshop that reflects the company's brand values and matches the high-quality products they sell.

At Grafikr, we designed and developed everything from scratch, and the final result is tailored for an older target audience, with whom we are seeing high engagement on the new Shopify solution.

Highlights:

Enhanced Customer Loyalty Program: Integration with Yotpo to manage the customer loyalty program, allows for additional customer information such as gender, shoe size, and birthdate. This enabled Green Comfort to personalize marketing and offer birthday gifts to loyalty program members.

Upselling: A focus on upsell products on product pages, making it easier for customers to purchase care products and increasing the average order value (AOV) for Green Comfort.

The forward-thinking shoe company has already embarked on a new chapter in their digital history, but the mission remains the same as it was 30 years ago: to contribute to the overall health your feet deserve.

And the mission can now extend even further beyond the country's borders, as the new Shopify solution is robust enough and geared to support Green Comfort's ambitious growth plans.

We chose to work with Grafikr because, after talking to several agencies, we had the best gut feeling about the choice. For me, it was important to find a partner who could help us take the design to new heights, while giving us a webshop that would be able to move us forward on the growth adventure we are facing.
